Swedish Massage is the most practiced and best known western type of massage therapy. Swedish massage can also release muscle tension, increase circulation of blood and lymph and dissolve scar tissue adhesions. It is a good choice for a first massage.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is used before and in between events during an athletic competition to warm and loosen your muscles. After a competition, it is used to facilitate recovery and rehabilitate injuries. Many athletes receive regular massage to help optimize performance by improving flexibility, increasing range of motion and improving muscle balance.


Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet, hands, ears. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may be an effective way to alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that these areas correspond to organs and systems of the body. Proponents believe that pressure applied to these areas affects the organs and benefits the person’s health.


Aromatherapy Massage is the perfect pairing of two ancient alternative healing modalities, Aromatherapy and Massage Therapy. It is used to relieve tension, reduce pain and inflammation, influence mood, ease cramping, aid digestion, relieve sinus congestion and far too many other benefits to mention here.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue refers to a number of different massage techniques used to access deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia. It is often used to reduce pain and inflammation and to help rehabilitate injuries. Deep Tissue does not need to be painful to be effective and in fact can feel really good.

Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness is the exercise in the water, due to the properties offered by the water (buoyancy hydrostatic – pressure – resistance – temperature) helps to improve cardiorespiratory capacity, stimulating weight loss, musculature increase range articulation, well being improve posture, improvement psychology without any burden pain.

Trigger Point

Trigger Point Therapy searches out and deactivates painful fibrous nodules in your muscles and connective tissue. These exquisitely tender points may also refer pain to other parts of your body in predictable patterns. Typically your therapist will do a combination of applying static pressure on the trigger points and stretching and manipulating the area to soften the tight, painful tissue.

The therapists usually use Swedish style massage techniques, combining long slowing strokes with other techniques that are designed to relax the body. Each therapist may focus on a specific area of the body with one working on the upper body and one working on the lower.
